Lorn and Josh head up to Ventura to catch Mudcrutch and to talk with fans about the show.

For those of you that don’t know who Mudcrutch is, this link should explain it all. Mudcrutch

WOW!! Lorn and Josh both agree this has been the show of the year thus far. (07/02/08)

I had no clue what expect from this show.  All I knew was that I was going to be seeing Petty play.  From the first note the band played I was into it.  They opened with a song called Shady Grove that made me feel like I was in the back country watching a band perform in a barn.

The band showcased songs off their self titled album, including the songs Orphan of the Storm and Crystal River.  They also busted out with some awesome covers including Bob Dylans “Rainy Day Woman” and the Rolling Stones “Off The Hook.”  Once again, this show was great and I look forward to seeing Mudcrutch again!
