Despite warnings of severe thunderstorms, fans flooded the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center for the annual Vans Warped Tour. The day started off pretty dry but mother nature threw us a twist, with the first rain at the festival in over five years. But that didn’t make the day any less fun. People of all ages were seen sliding down the mud hill like penguins while rocking out to some amazing bands.

For me, the best set of the day was a tie between Breathe Carolina which had a rave atmosphere going on and Crown The Empire who played through a rain storm and had the crowd moshing and throwing up crowd surfers like it was nobody’s business.
Now that another epic year of the Vans Warped Tour in Darien Center has ended, the countdown to Warped Tour 2015 begins.
