Real Estate is a six piece band from Ridgewood, New Jersey that has been met with critical acclaim. In 2009 the bands self titled debut release scored an 8.5 from Pitchfork and their sophomore album Days reached #52 on the Billboard charts. Real Estate recently played the Coachella Music and Arts festival and are a band on the rise. If you are into surf rock and psychedelic indi music this is def a band you need to check out.
